Questions

How does the assistant support my child's learning?

It helps your child understand lessons step by step, through hints and examples that build their ability to think for themselves.

Does Heynour replace a teacher or add screen time?

No. Heynour supports your child's learning beside school, and the teacher stays an essential partner. It is not screen time for its own sake: sessions are short, with breaks, and you choose your child's daily time in the parents' app.

Does Heynour do my child's homework?

No. Heynour never hands over the answer. It explains the idea, gives hints and a similar example, and helps your child correct their own tries until they reach the answer themselves.

Is Heynour safe for my child? What does it do with their data?

Heynour checks every message and photo before answering, checks each reply before it reaches your child, refuses any photo that shows a face, and alerts you when something needs you. Your child's data is never sold, and voice recordings are not kept, only their text. We use conversations to improve Heynour and to train our models after removing your child's name and identifying details wherever we can, as the Privacy Policy explains. In the parents' app you see every conversation, and you can delete your child's data whenever you like.

Can I see what my child talks about with Heynour?

Yes. The parents' app shows your child's conversations, their photos and the replies they get, with a short summary of each session. Your child is told from the first session that you can see them.

What do you do with my child's conversations?

You see them in full in the parents' app. We use them to run and improve Heynour and to train our models, after removing your child's name and identifying details wherever we can. Our AI providers process them under their own published terms; the details are in the Privacy Policy.

Does Heynour speak Arabic? Which dialect?

Yes. Heynour speaks Arabic and English, typed or by voice, and answers in the language of your child's last message. In Arabic you choose your child's style: Modern Standard Arabic (fusha), Gulf, Egyptian or Levantine.

How many minutes a day can my child use it?

Sessions of 20 to 30 minutes are recommended, with breaks between them, and you set the daily limit from the parents' dashboard.

Can we try it without an account?

Yes. You can try a first session free without creating an account.

Which devices does it work on?

It works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, with no app to install.

How do I cancel the subscription?

From the parents' app, whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your child keeps the subscription until the end of the period you paid for.

What ages is Heynour for?

Children aged 6 to 14. Heynour adapts how it talks and what it suggests to your child's age and grade, and you follow along in the parents' app.

What is the difference between Free and Plus?

Free costs nothing and gives your child a set number of minutes a week. Plus is a monthly subscription that adds more time and homework photos. The current prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.
